Olga has led the Quality Assurance team at Ideale Packaging for over a decade, bringing extensive professional experience in the packaging industry. She has pursued ongoing professional development through advanced quality assurance courses and training programs with the Standards Institution of Israel, deepening her technical expertise and staying current with evolving standards and quality requirements. The breadth of knowledge she has built forms the cornerstone of quality across all production processes, driving continuous improvement throughout the plant.

Sagi has been with Ideale Packaging for over 20 years. He oversees operations and logistics, supports the team across HR-related functions, and leads strategic projects that drive continuous improvement across the business. He studied Business Administration and Industrial Engineering & Management at Ruppin Academic Center, and previously worked as a Chemical Operator at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries.

Hadas is a strategic HR leader with extensive experience driving organizational excellence within multinational and public companies, including CollPlant, Elbit Systems, and Teva. She specializes in building scalable HR infrastructures and leading complex organizational processes. Hadas holds an M.A. in Labor Studies (honors) from Tel Aviv University and a B.A. in Behavioral Sciences and Psychology from Ben-Gurion University.

Josef serves as CEO of Ideale Packaging following Nili Capital's acquisition. He co-founded Nili Capital in 2019, leading the firm's sourcing and origination activities and advising portfolio companies on strategic initiatives. Prior to Nili, Josef was an Executive in Residence at Battery Ventures and the CEO of Perion (NASDAQ: PERI) where he grew revenue ten-fold. Prior to Perion, Josef was CEO of American Greetings' Digital and Media Division. During his tenure as CEO, Josef acquired 17 companies and established and/or managed operations in 10+ countries including the US, Israel, Europe, Asia and South America. Josef has a BA in Marketing and Economics from Yeshiva University and an MBA from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.

Menachem has been with Ideale Packaging for over 30 years, serving as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers. He leads the planning and development of complex packaging solutions, translating customer requirements into production-ready specifications. He previously managed the diecut factory at Kibbutz Re'im. He holds a B.A. from Ben-Gurion University, and is also a tour guide and author of books and poetry.

Leah joined Ideale Packaging in 2026. Prior to joining Ideale, she worked at Nili Capital supporting the investment team across deal sourcing and due diligence, and previously worked in Value Creation and Operations at IP&D. She holds an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Strategy and a BA in Business Administration and International Relations from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Haya is a senior accountant with nearly 25 years of extensive experience managing financial systems across the business, public, and municipal sectors. Most recently, she served as Deputy CFO and Head of Strategic Planning & Budgeting at the City of Modi'in-Maccabim-Reut and has held a series of senior positions at local and international companies and institutions, including ISS International and the Ministry of Finance. She also served as an External Director at Elezra Holding and as a Senior Lecturer at the College of Management Academic Studies. She holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Business Administration both awarded cum laude by the College of Management Academic Studies.

Nir has been with Ideale Packaging for over 30 years. He oversees the full manufacturing process, from incoming orders through to on-time delivery, ensuring production schedules are planned and executed to meet customer timelines. He served in the Israel Defense Forces' elite intelligence Unit 8200, studied Business Administration and Marketing at the College of Management in Tel Aviv, and completed a Production Management and Industrial Engineering course at the Israel Center for Management.
